I would give Angela 100 stars if I could.
When all the other agents we interviewed told us that this isn't a good time to sell and they pressed us to start our asking price at rock bottom, Angela came in with her sincere enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism and sold our house in three weeks for a good price in a bad market.
We were prepared for the house to be on the market for months (like everything else on the market right now -late 2007-). Instead, we are scrambling to find our new home and secure the movers, etc.
We are not the easiest clients either. By that, I mean we are full of questions and needed her to walk us through each and every document and stage of home selling (this is our first home sale). Angela was patient, respectful, friendly and always positive. She would talk with us about all our options and always allowed time for us to think and make our own decisions. She offered just the right amount of advice and support. We felt totally at ease during the process only because we had Angela on our team. Angela is a great negotiator, but in a dignified and classy way. I was really impressed with Angela's poise when our buyer's agent became downright disrespectful to her during negotiations. She didn't take it personally, she breezed through that funk like it was nothing.
Actually, Angela made selling our home FUN, something we never would have imagined it could be. We can't thank her enough for making this stressful event so much easier for us.
